• - Fitness Certificate from the Doctor
• - Two Passport Size Photo
• - Birth Certificate for Children below 10 years. (Xerox copy)

FEES: Rs 3,000/- for 13 Classes

Age: 6 years and above. Should be born on or before 31^st March 2017

Registration Place: TNCA Club Swimming Pool
Registration Time: 6.00 to 9.00 am & 4.00 to 8.00 pm
